Progress

Feeling so full
And feeling so proud.
Pats on tha back
And clapping out loud.

Such a quick change,
With some way to go.
Feeling the strength gather
And the courage grow.

The joy washes over,
The sun shines through.
These days are better,
I'm not suffering or blue.

So, thank you for my power,
You know who you are.
You've stopped me spiralling.
I'm sure I can go far.
